#19 Add additional field "email" to website type

Nearly every website requires that you provide your e-mail address, often in addition to the username. It's more of the norm than not requiring it.

I find it important to be able to track which e-mail address I provide when I create an account. This makes it easy to update all accounts if you are migrating e-mail, for instance.

I've been tracking this information in the description, but it would be ideal to have a dedicated field for the Website type, and possibility for other account types as well.
